If the password provided in your Recertification Registration Email does not work hit ‘Forgot Password’ .

Enter your NTMC Approval Number provided in your Recertification Registration Email.

A password reset email will be sent to the email address you used during your NTMC Certification or last NTMC Recertification. Be sure to check your spam for this email.

If you have successfully reset your password and you are still unable to login to the training portal clear your computer’s cache. A simple google search will provide directions on how to do this.
